How long does it take to receive the order?
All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Your order can usually take up to 5-10 business days to reach you. In case of any expected delays, you can reach out to us via email at hello@planhare.store.
How can I track my order?
We share an order tracking link to your mentioned email at the time of placing the order. You can use the link to track your order in real-time.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped out yet. To request cancellation, message us at our email ‘hello@planhare.store’. We will get back to you at the earliest.
I made a mistake while entering my address at the time of placing the order. What can I do?
You can inform us of your order details and the correct shipping address. We will be able to send your order to the updated address if the order has not been shipped. But, in case the order is shipped, we are not responsible if the order is undelivered. Any shipping charges to re-send the order will be paid by the customer.
Do you offer COD (cash on delivery) for orders?
Currently, we only take pre-paid orders and offer reliable and easy payment methods. We will surely consider COD as an option in future.
How to return an order?
You can request a return or replacement within 10 days of receiving your order if you receive defective items or some missing items. Simply message us at hello@planhare.store with your order details, the issue, and clear, un-edited photos or videos. We will review your request. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method immediately. You can also request an exchange, and we’ll do as you like.
