Returns & Refund Policy

Your Planhare mail is packed with utmost care and love, and we want you to enjoy your stationery goodies to the fullest. If there’s any concern or you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help and make it right for you. You can rest assured.

Order return time period

You can request a return or replacement within 10 days of receiving your order (applicable for eligible orders).

Eligibility for return or replacement

  • The order is eligible for replacement or return if:
  • The items are in original condition (unused, in original packaging with tags and freebies, without any tampering).
  • The replacement/return request is made within 10 days of receiving the order.

Damaged or Missing items

After you receive your order, if there are any defects, damage or missing items, kindly reach out to us immediately within the return period window so we can evaluate the issue and help you with the best solutions at the earliest.

Return/Replacement Process

Here’s how the return process works:

Step 1: If your order has issues, contact us immediately at our email address, i.e. hello@planhare.store. Ensure to include your order number, order issue details, along with an un-edited and clear unboxing video or photos. We may ask for additional details to verify the details.

Note: For defective items, no shipping costs will be paid by the customer. However, in case of return of non-damaged items, any return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Step 2: Kindly repack the order while keeping the original packaging intact. You can connect with us in case of any doubts while repackaging and shipping the product back to us.

Step 3: Once we receive your items, we will share an update via email. We will inspect the condition of the items based on your return/replacement request. We will inform you whether the items qualify for the return request or not.

Step 4: If your return request is approved, you can opt for either of the options- Replacement/Exchange or Refund. For exchanges, we will ship the new products as per our shipping policy. You can check out the shipping policy here for more details.
In case of refunds, once the return is approved, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method immediately. It may take up to 7 business days to process the refund through your bank or payment service provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Orders with personalised or custom-made items
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

When we receive your order shipped back to us, we’ll share the update via email. We will verify your order issues and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll receive your refund back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
